 Post subject: install over multiple days?

Is it ok to install a floating edge-glued floor over a period of 2 or more days? Install half the floor, let it sit overnight, install the other half? It's not a big room but I'm a little pressed for time.

I'm doing one now thats going to take a week. Better have some ratchet straps to keep it tight.
