Hi guys , new to the board, nice to see this out there.

It may be my imagination but my last Hummel I bought 2012 is a bit of a lemon compared to older ones. Have owned maybe 5 through my career, 3 new rest used.
This last one has always sounded a bit different.
When you have your headphones on you know exactly what the machine sounds like especially after running day after day.
I have heard a vibration noise coming from approx top roller assembly.
Have had it looked at & after changing a few parts & adjustments it was gone for a short while.
Last week on a job it nearly ate the belt which almost never happens, and machine started shuttering to the point I shut off several times.
Upon inspection last night I have discovered about 1/16 play in the main drive pully through to the drum.
It not only moves in and out but up and down.
This to me is the problem?
Any one else had this issue?
Any tips on removal of the 3 bearings in this assembly.
As well I think the complete bearing next to the drive pully is moving entirely free of were it should be seated into..

tx fellas
