The Bostiks website says to pour water on the slab to see if the concrete absorbs the water or if it puddles. I've tried this on various places, poured roughly a few tablespoons at each. Initially the water puddles, but after 5 minutes or so the water is mostly absorbed. I'm not sure exactly what this means. Does this mean there is no sealer on the concrete? Is there a time limit the water should be absorbed? There is no mention on the Bostiks website.

If it absorbed it, then there is no sealer.
