We are thinking about laying BR 111 Triangulo Engineered diagonal. How much extra do we need?

I also forgot to ask if it costs extra for the installer to do it?

More waste, the wider the plank is. I add 15% for a diagonal and a 5" board, I add 10% when it is a 2¼ wide strip.
