Is it possible for me to fix a few small streak spots that I missed when applying final coat of poly. I believe my applicator should have been changed I don't think I got all of the poly off from the last time I used it and I see a few less the 1/2 in wide missed spots in a few places

After looking closer at the streaks in just one area it seems to be were I missed with the brush up around the trim. Am I able to hand sand this area and rebrush with small amount of poly to just cover the area and blend in somewhat
