I know it's done all the time
that's what i thought there are must be some cases where you can't avoid this (not even talking about my rare case but where there are a lot of rooms and you need to have 5 - 6 finishers to make in one run but you simply don't have so many skilled professionals)

If it sits flush to the floor and is not moved why worry about it, go around it
thought about it too but it's going to bother me all the time later on, i am kind of anal and wants to make everything perfect.

I believe I've heard using blue painters tape on seams
well in case if no one will post anything then here is what i am going to do: tape room in half, apply two coats of bona amber seal and one coat of traffic, remove tape and apply new tape but move it 1/8 inch to the finish area and apply second coat of traffic, remove tape and apply new tape but move it 1/8 inch to the finish area (so all together 1/4 inch) and apply third coat of traffic, then move #$%#^@! wardrobes into finish area and finish the rest of the room applying tape in same pattern but except last one, the lat tape (third coat of traffic) apply 1/4 inch over the first finished area (to have 1/4 inch overlap). Let it cure completely (i think 7 days enough) and then flush it with sand paper up to 2000 grit (to polish) or something like that. i already have my sample board with this type of seam so i can experiment with sanding technique.
