Our house has an engineered wood flooring, put it before we lived here. I have some of the extra pieces of wood. Is there any way to tell the brand and model flooring from the writing stamped on the back of the wood planks? I see HWMLR22849 Rushick on the back.

Thanks

Consult with a local flooring contractor or distributor.

Did you ever find out the manufacturer of your engineered hardwood? I have the same question and my extra planks have a similar stamp on the back. “HWMLR… RUSHICK”
Thanks!

Take some of the flooring to a distributor or floor retailer. They may be able to tell what specie and who made it.

Yes I tried googling with no luck. My flooring contractor also took a plank to a floor retailer, but that was a dead end as well. I ended up inquiring with the builder and found out the manufacturer and stain color through them.

I have a very similar code on the back of the wood flooring I am looking to match. Could you share what manufacturer your flooring was? Perhaps I have a similar product in a different width or color.

Thank You,

Ryan Buboltz
