How does Duraseal X-terra (by minwax) compare to Bona Traffic in quality. It is less money than traffic. Has anyone ever used it and will it hold up as long in high traffic areas as well Bona will. Thanks much.

While similar, Traffic is all urethane where X-Terra is a urethane/acrylic blend. Traffic has less VOC's and the spread rates for both are similar. In all practicality, both should perform well but Traffic will hold up slightly better in the long run. I recommend three coats instead of just two for both products with a spread rate of 450 sq.ft. per gallon. That 350 spread rate is virtually impossible to manage without puddles.
