Hello I have some wood floors and they have built up dirt over time. There is not much shine to them. They were under carpet that we pulled up about 10 years ago. I am renting and I don't plan on doing alot of work to it (sanding and restaining).

What do you profesionals suggest?

Soap and water and some elbo greese?
