We flee the Pocono mountains of PA and spend the winters in FL in our travel trailer (semi retired) and the heat in the PA house is turned off. This is necessary since the power goes out for long periods and the pipes would freeze up, etc. It gets down to 10 degrees below in winter & can reach 100 in the summer. We would like to replace our w/w rug with engineered wood floor. Are we asking for trouble? We can't afford to make a major mistake!
