I'm going to be putting down about 700 ft of 7/16" solid BR-111. The manufactuer recommends the Powernail 200/250 or the Highpro AS-4090. The AS-4090 is pneumatic and is about the same price as the Powernail 200, which is manual. The Powernail 250 is pneumatic, but is much more money and is really out of my price range. I'm planning on reselling this on EBAY when I'm done. Which one would you recommend for this 7/16" solid flooring? I would rent one, but I think the job may take me some time, so it would be cheaper to just buy one and resell it.

The high pro is a nice little stapler, simple to adjust and reliable . wouldnt waste my time with the manual powernailer.
