Hello! I have recently installed a new oak floor in an older home. After sanding and staining twice I can't get the stain to dry or dry evenly. Home owner had crack in her stucco and I found that moisture wicked in under subfloor.First time I used varathane gel stain and finished with arboritech . Failed pulled stain out I guess I should have let it dry more(I let it dry 12 hrs),second time I used Torcan stain and that floor has dryed unevenly and the humidity is very high. Any thoughts???
