Hi everyone!
So I had real hardwood floor installed and my contractors left a mess! And despite the mess I am unhappy with the baseboard instalation. There is even a floor board that was installed with a crack. They left alot of scuffs and touch up paint work for me to clean up. I still have not paid them and I feel taked advantae of. I had specifically asked about the mess and they kept saying no problem. There is dust everywhere! What can I do?? What is fair. I specifically stated how anal I was and what I wanted from the job.

You are in control simply because you haven't finished paying them. Make a list of the problems then call the owner of the business and explain that you will be happy to pay them once all these items have been taken care of. Be nice about it.
