Help!! I have many stains that I can't get out of the old wood, I have sanded as much as I can but still can't seem to remove them. What can I do. I read that using vinegar and water would work but they are still there.

Try using Oxy clean from Dollar General it comes in a spray bottle leave it on the stain over night then sand it out We refinished our hardwood floors and it had REALLY bad DARK stains and thats what we did and it worked great we have no stains at all. We sanded the whole floor did the oxy clean on the dark spots then stained them and polyurthane them and they look way better then before.. We have oak floors solid wood.
