Hello, folks.

I am currently installing hardwood floating floor at my house. One room is finished, but the other room has presented a technical question:

The room has two sliding doors (on opposite walls). The subfloor is concrete slab. The sliding doors have an aluminum frames. My problem is how do I install threshold: glue it to the aluminum door, glue it to the floor? What are my options?

I want to mention that I have an underlayment, obviously. Where would I have to cut it? I have attached 2 pictures of what this looks like.

I REALLY appreciate your help.

Thanks.

Endcap molding. Sometimes called a mini threshold, or carpet reducer.
