Simply looking for a solution to the problem not looking to continually blame the builder. Hes already taken responsibility. Just looking for solutions to the problem. Thought that's what this forum was for? And we aren't talking about a former framer...this is a college educated guy with over 15 years experience who's father built as well. These aren't Podunk homes either as evident you guys must be used to dealing with.
