It may only be a small amount of water, but if it has soaked in for some time, like overnight you should dry the surface out thoroughly. I recommend using a hair dryer that is taped to the floor gently, or stuff put next, to it so it blows in the right direction, with all the vibrations from the motor allowing it to move around. Warm up the floor on the surface for about half an hour, running it parallel to the direction of the boards. Thats all you can do over the short time. This will take the pressure off of the surface and allow the edges of the boards to start to dry.
