Dry Pack
or
Gypcrete
are good options for in floor heating. I'd recommend getting advice from a concrete guy though. As always, make sure to get that base FLAT, not level, to 1/8th over 10ft if you're going to float the wood. Over in floor heating, I might be tempted to glue it down, as a floating floor requires more strict monitoring of your humidity situation to prevent failure, especially over in floor heating.
Make sure you've tested the system for a few days too, I've seen GC's lose sleep over having to redo the floor and dry pack cause there was a problem in the line somewhere and they didn't think to turn it on in advance to check.
