Hi, I am looking at installing softwood floors and want to use a zero voc product.

I have contacted this Quebec company that carries a one coat all in one stain and sealer. This is a "solvent free and VOC free wood finishing oil".
I was wondering if anyone has used these oil finish products?

I know there are quite a few manufacturers who make this product. I don't know anyone who has used them so thought I would check here first to get some feedback. I want to use this on a knotty hemlock floor install.

We are using Monocoat all the time and never had issues with it. Customers love it and, TBH, my guys do too.

Just an FYI, the floors will be very mat and will feel like walking on bare wood. These are actually the reasons why people that refuse this finish are doing it.
