 Post subject: has anyone heard of the wood flooring brand Provincial??

I got an estimate from a local company. They dont like Bruce and said they work with Provincial. I have never heard of it. I cant even find any info at all about it online, except a website they gave me that indicates it comes from China. Can anyone please tell me if they know anything about the quality of this flooring??
