Is there hardwood flooring that has worm marks in it???..when we bought our new home I asked the builder/contractor why there were little nicks thoughout the hardwood flooring that looked like someone had let their eletric stapler run wild. Her reply was that they are not Nicks, but are actually worm marks!... Does this sound right ????? Is there flooring with worm marks in it???

Yes, the lesser grades will allow worm holes to be present. They are usually filled as they sand.
