Can solid 3/4" hardwood be installed over an existing linoleum floor. Existing floor is 3/4" OSB, then 1/4" ply with linoleum glued to that. Existing floor is flat and solidly glued down, 2x10 joists on 16" centers. Can we install 3/4", prefinished floor right over that. Would be nailing down. Thanks a lot for any advice you can give me.
