I just want to know hardwood is better or laminate? I know this question was too regular but my requirement is for heavy traffic areas and should be perfect for all climatic conditions.

Depends on your budget, good laminate will expand and contract less than solid hardwood, and will handle the traffic better. If there is damage from heavy traffic, then replacing laminate is cheaper.

For High traffic, commercial spaces, that are likely to see a lot of, say, snowy and salty winter boots, then I'd recommend vinyl, as it will last a lot longer with less visible wear and tear.

i agree with Westonkris. Laminate flooring is the ideal choice for the heavy traffic areas. and choose thickness 12mm to 15mm laminate flooring as it will be more durable. its my personal sugession for selecting laminate flooring.
