 Post subject: hardwood floor over thermal board radiant ....glue options

About to install 3/4 x 3 oak plank over radiant thermal board type heat system. Will staple down most of the flooring into the board missing tubing etc. Want to know if there are any suggestions for use of glue/adhesive to adhere where nail down will be prohibited due to tubing alignment.
