Hello everyone
Currently have a 1/2" subfloor, thinking about putting down aquabar on top of that, then 23/32" advantech, then another layer of aquabar, then the hardwoods.

Good idea or bad idea? looking for maximum moisture protection
Thanks

How about giving Aquabar a call and asking the question. I've called them in the past and they have been very helpful and willing to answer questions.

Definitely added protection!

The ultimate maximum would be something like using Bostiks MVP4 between the 1/2 & 3/4" Pricey, yes.

I think you should go with any hardwood flooring company as there are many hardwoods available with best moisture protection like floating floor barriers..
