Hi All! new to the site-
I have a 20x13 kitchen with an attached hallway that leads to another hall at 90 degrees.
Since it doesn't look like I can add a photo or diagram to my post I will try and explain/display this as best I can-- (please see “x” diagram below)
for the kitchen (bottom rectangle of x's) I plan to run along the longest wall in kitchen (South to North).... Since the short (middle) hallway is an extension of the kitchen I will be running floor S to N as well, but I am questioning what to do with the back hallway (top of diagram).
do I continue the pattern which would look weird (kind of the ladder effect).
do I do a 90 just east of where the two halls intersect?
do I make a 45 degree where they intersect (see O's below)?
All help and feed back will be greatly appreciated! (North)
