Good evening everyone.

My home is a 5 year old condo, with a 400sq ft living room with a Gypcrete underlayment. There are cracks all over the place. I guess it is from the building settling, and from people walking on the floor.

There are just cracks, no crumbling or anything else.

Can this be repaired? If so, which product should I use?

I'll be float-installing BR-111 5/16th engineered hardwood floor, and floating a layer of 3/4" thick layer of plywood.

I could use a little advice here. Thank you for your time!

Never use a portlend cement over gypcrete. It will blow the surface of the gypcrete, eventually.
