Long time reader....for at time poster.

I am about to install about 1000 square ft of hardwood in my new house. Ive installed solid 3/4" hardwood a handful of times. I got a quote for some 3/4" x 3" Mirage oak that is really good (about $6/square ft) but I am now wonder if it is a contractor grade or something strange. I cannot find a 3" x 3/4" product on mirage website so I am now a bit sceptical.

Any insite would be appreciated.

I'd give Mirage a call for verification. Lots of counterfeit wood out there.
