Hi-
'Pro' Florring Company used DuraSeal 550 Satin Poly on newly sanded floors, and still, three weeks after completion, appearance still has a slight milky appearance (and debris scattered about). Very frustrated and 'Professional' flooring company will not return my calls to even attempt to explain to me as to how 'even I' could do something to help fix the situation. They aren't interested in even driving the less than 2 miles to look at floors. So, can i do something? Could i polish with an indusrial buffer to enhance sheen? Polish or wax with mineral spirits? Jump off the nearest bridge out of total frustration?
The sheen is so bad, its difficult to tell the flooring is real red oak. It now looks like cheap vinyl wood flooring, all 4500 sq/ft of it. Paid $1.75 sq/ft. to get sanding with poly finish, No stain. Paid more for prchase of DuraSeal product. The floors looked better before the re-do. Please, any sugestions welcome.
Thank You.
