The floor I have is 24x8', planks are 2.5" wide.

How many rows at a time would it be reasonable to glue?

Would it be a good idea to cover the whole length of a few rows at the same time, or it would be smarter to glue more rows, but just a part of the row length?

I go out 15 - 20 inches at a time. Depends on the glues open and flash off time. Rack them rows out first unless your very good at pullin them and throwing them down.
