We just put down engineered bamboo flooring in our home gluing it down over a concerete slab. There is one spot that seems to be "popping" up. You can feel it when you walk on it. What is the best way to fix this problem?

Hard to say without seeing it.

If it is actually buckling, or if it is just a low spot missed during floor prep.

It is not buckling, the area is probably two feet by two feet. When you step on it you can feel it come up when the weight comes off your foot (you can also hear it).

It seemed fine for the first month but then I noticed it was not right and it seemed to come loose. Definately did not miss it with the glue, could have been to little glue used?

Drill and fill.

Several companies make an injection kit.
