I have a few final rows and don't know how to deal with them.

I understand I'm supposed to glue the second last row in a zig zag pattern using PL Premium. Do I glue on TOP of the vapor barrier?

Also, the last row is supposed to be face nailed.. why can't both rows just be face nailed? I'm just curious..

Cut out the vapor retarder and glue. You can just face nail if you wish. But the glue helps more. Many here like to glue both last rows and face nail the last row where it will be covered by the base.
