I recently glued down my Bruce Natural Reflections on some stairs using some generic wood floor adhesive. I have noticed that some of the wood planks have cupped slightly. Is this a symtom of not using the appropriate adhesive? Will it eventually flatten out??

Could be, especially if the glue was not a moisture cure urethane, and a waterbased acrylic.

It could be the wood wasn't acclimated and the steps and the wood varified they were the same moisture content, by using a moisture meter.

The bottom of the board is wetter then the top.
