newbie here,
just bought 750 sf of Morningstar strand bamboo flooring and LL suggested using Morningstar glue which is twice the amount of reg glue?
they said it is a much better glue for the extremely 'heavy" floor?
is that true? are they trying to just sell more? we have a contractor installing
but haven't ask them yet.
don't want to spend extra if un-necessary if possible
thanks,

Never heard of it. Most likely it is made for them by another manufacturer and private labeled.
I've used the Bostik One Step successfully. But the same one is cheaper at lowes but no rubber bits in it. Same glue just cheaper.

The rubber bits are supposed to keep the squish factor in check. That helps keep the planks flat if you should work on top of the adhesive. I'd say it does help. I roll my floors to keep them flat an from ledging anyways.

I've run into larger chunks of bits in the bucket that really get me po'd.
