 Post subject: glue down on plywood

i am installing a 3/4 inch solid in a house and the foyer has 5/8 engineered glued to the plywood subfloor. i have done many of these but i was wondering if there is an easier way other than a hammer and prybar

Cut it into little 6 inch or smaller squares. Get after it with a demo hammer / electric portable compact jack hammer with a paddle bit.
