Hello,

I just moved into an apartment in NYC. I want to remove some tiles in the bedroom so that I can refinish and stain the hardwood underneath. Why people cover these floors here in NYC is beyond me. I know that once I remove the tiles I will have to get rid of the glue that will be left behind.

My question is, which is the best way to remove the glue without clogging the pores? I know that if the glue is not hard enough I won't be able to scrape it away. What are my options in this case?

JR
