Our builder had strand woven bamboo floors installed last week in our new construction home. One plank of the bamboo flooring doesn't even reach the shoe molding on the baseboard. The gap is noticeable. The flooring is solid bamboo which is glued to the concrete slab. I am not a expert in flooring so I would like to get your opinions on if this is definitely an installation error for which I have grounds to ask for it fixed or if this is normal. From my knowledge of shoe molding, its purpose is to cover any gaps against the walls.

Thanks.
