Wow, LOL, I think that's probably the worst sanding job I've ever seen. Actually, it might tie w/ another one I saw 5 yrs ago where the "contractor" didn't actually sand the floors but applied stain on top of old wood w/ poly.

So glad you got rid of him. Next time, hire a flooring professional.
