Per a previous post, I am installing 5" Braz Chestnut in my home. I have looked at LL Bellawood BC as well as Indusparquet through Flooringmarket.com out of Chicago.

There is about a $1 difference per sqft. in total cost between the two and I am apt to go with the Indusparquet, however, Flooringmarket sells the Indusparquet much cheaper than anywhere I can find it around locally. ($10 locally, $8.70 with FM).

I am still considering LL because, I can pick up the wood myself. Although I have heard the horror stories of LL, they are still a known quantity.

Is Flooring market a reputable business? It concerns me why their price on Indusparquet is so much cheaper than everyone including Prosource.
