I'm having issues with LM Flooring Kendall Exotics(IPE 3") flooring that I'm using in 10 townhome units. The flooring looks fine for it's pricepoint, but you can't even walk it unless you are in your socks! It shows footprints and scratches like crazy! I don't know what to do! PLEASE HELP!

Who used Murphy's oil soap on it??

Austin probably hit the problem right on the nail, so to speak. Something has contaminated the surface of the floor. And naturally because the floor is so dark, all marks will be high-lighted more so than a light toned floor.
