I am normally a cabinet builder and trim carpenter, but a prospective customer has asked me to do the floor as well in a bathroom remodel. I guess it's all wood to them. I have some experience with floor re-finishing. The customer wants to paint the floor a shade of gray. My question is whether the Behr Premium Low Luster Enamel Porch and Patio Floor Paint will work for this application. I would like to not have to worry about a call back and thought this stuff might go a long way towards keeping the wood floor in the bathroom safe. Any thought or knowledge about the product?

for one its an exterior paint and probably states it for exterior only.
