This is a great site that offers a great wealth of knowledge for a diy like me. Thanks for the time and effort.

My question has to do with acclimating the flooring. I have a bi-level home that I will be installing 3/4"x31/4" on the upper level. Do I have to acclimate the flooring on that level or can it be in the lower level while I prep the floors? By the way the acclimation period would be at least a couple of weeks before I start the install.

If the humidity levels in both areas are similar, yes, you can acclimate it where ever you want.
