Hello all first Id like to say this is a great forum that im glad i found. My questions are im going to be installing about 300 sq. ft. of 3/8 in bellawood golden teak solid wood. my floors are from 1950, subfloor boards are solid about 3/4 in thick. I layed down 1/4 in plywood over these boards. Would I be better off glueing or stapeling the flooring. This is my first attempt at laying a hardwood floor and any info would be appreciated. If glueing....how is first row secured to keep from moving when starting the next rows.
