So, first time redoing parquet in my house. The sanding went fairly well if not long and tedious. I applied the first coat of polyurethane and noticed a spot I seemed to have missed sanding. Comes up yellowish compared to the rest of the floor. While it's not a huge deal, it's one of those things that will drive me nuts. Can I spot sand & repoly the one spot, let it dry, then continue with the second coat overall? Or is it best to just leave it be?

Scrape it sand and coat it, then continue on and you will be fine.
