Unstained birch, Bona Traffic....

Sand with 80 grit, burnish with 150. Remove ALL dust. Put down the sealer. Screen with 150, remove dust, put down 1st coat of traffic. Screen again, remove dust, second coat of traffic.

Am I missing anything here?

Also, I noticed in the one room that's already done, the wood really shrinks down quite a bit during the winter and I get some fairly large gaps between them. The installer used red rosin paper. Is there something better to use to prevent the moisture from fluctuating so much in the wood?
