 Post subject: filling stringer notches

i was going to pack them out a bit and use bondo. after i opened the can i decided i don't want my house to smell like a body shop. should i use epoxy?

Bondo would be a good choice. The smell will go away after a while.

Ya, Bondo has a tenacious hold, use it, and serve everyone in the house a good stiff belt of scotch, you wont mind the smell then.
