Felt Paper over subfloor before adding 1/2 CDX?

I'm adding 1/2 CDX over 3/4 plank subfloor so i can put the 3/4 T&G oak parrell to the joists. Should I put red rosin/felt paper in between the CDX and plank, or is it okay to just put it on top of the final 1 1/4 thick subfloor?

Also, is 1 inch deck screws enough to screw the CDX to the original plank sublfoor?

I don't like the idea of making plywood into a sandwich so I install the felt over the 1/2" CDX underlayment. I guess those screws are OK, either that or an 1 1/4" might be better.
