Just wondering if it was better to face nail or use glue for the first few rows of my floor?

If I should face nail should I use a finish nailer or brad nailer?

If I should use glue, what brand and stuff?

If I should face nail how far apart should I space the nails?

I am laying 3/4" BR111 Braz Cherry.

Thanks.

It is preferable to stick with one method of installation. There are times when it will be necessary to glue a floor that one is nailing, and visa versa. If you have read BR-111 instructions, they talk about how to nail their floors down. The finish nailer would be the appropriate nailer. One that uses 15 gauge nails.
