I plan on purchasing Brazilian Teak (bellawood) from Lumber Liquidator!

of course $$ are a factor in this decision.

BUT I see some negative comments about the products.

Any realworld EXPERIENCE (good/bad) with the company and their wood floors??

Thanks,
Frank

Heck, do a internet google!!!

As long as your not going over concrete, and acclimate it properly, you rarely hear the complaints. It is when you try to go over concrete, that you will get bit more often.

It would not be my first choice. I've had many issues that always add more time to my jobs. I keep that in mind when I type up a proposal. I am also very particular.

I used them in my own home with success. Their BBB record is excellent for the 60+ stores they have. Just don't buy the "Odd Lots". That is where people get into trouble. What happens is that some guy picks up 1200' of odd lot material (out of spec) and then they call Floorguy or Gary to install it without explaining to them what they have. Good Luck!!
