A somewhat local company, General Finishes, makes several different water and oild-based polyurethanes.
Has anyone used any of their products on floors before? If "yes" - what were your results?
I used some of their "Arm-R-Seal", an oil-modified poly, on a thick red oak tabletop that we use a lot, with excellent results. It was easy to apply, dried relatively quickly, and looks gorgeous after 3 coats. Their rep (met him at an open-house at a local woodworker's store) claims that their products have a high solids content, and that they use high-purity solvents that do their job effectively and evaporate quickly.
